Skills/Abilities: He is a mage, so he has several spells that he has been able to learn, the number of which he has been able to learn is quite considerable due to his obsessive learning habits. So far he has only be able to attain mastery over Fire, Ice, Electricty and basic spacial manipulation, he is currently trying to master Shadow and Teleportation magic (which is how he got here in the first place). He has a decently high amount of magic coursing through his body, so in darkness his eyes glow a bright blue. His left arm (the one he carries his staff with) is freakishly muscular due to carrying it's weight constantly.

Background: He grew up in a faraway country that generally feared anything supernatural, so naturally the idea of magic intrigued him. He would steal a few books from the pile that would be burned every few months and taught himself magic, training himself to help develop his power. He had no friends, no family, and no job so he just ran off when word went around that he was to be burned. Roaming the lands learning what he could. After happening upon a tome in a dusty old crypt Thomas eventually became obsessed with forbidden magic and had started to practice some of his research, he screwed up and ended up in the ruins.

Reason/s for arriving on the island: He was testing out one of his newly designed charms for setting a teleportation point, but it failed spectacularly landing him on the island.
Additional Details:
-Nothing seems to faze this guy, but he is an expert at controlling his body language so he can seem completely happy but inside he could be screaming. c:
-Loves to dance, play a good tune he'll interrupt anything that's he's doing to grove out to that beat.
-If there's something that interests him, he'll constantly observe said object (or somebody) until he knows everything about them.
-Because he had no formal teacher and his resources were limited, he taught himself everything he knows about magic and has an uncommonly strong understanding of it to the point where he is always coming with new spells on his own, some of these are flawed though and sometimes screw up spectacularly. He has an uncanny ability to be able to reverse engineer almost any type of magic based on sight alone, given enough time.
-Also has the sexual orientation of a 51st century man ;)
